Thrust Investigation

The year 7 and 8 extension group did a quick investigation on how far a balloon could thrust on a straw through a string. There were 4 groups of 4-5 students in them. The group I was in consisted of Vivienne, Shoal, Brooklyn and Lisia. Our first attempt wasn't so triumphant. The second time around our time improved, but not our distance. Finally on our third and last attempt it was successful. As they say, save the best for last, and we certainly did with our adjustments.
