What is 'Protein' and why do we need it?

Today for our literacy class we were in Mrs Lagitupu's. We got the opportunity to research upon the subject that we had to choose from a list. My group which consisted of Brooklyn, Ata, Jay'lee and I chose to research 'What is Protein and why do we need it?' The presentation above shows you what we made.
